With it, employees can use a telephone to select from a menu of options to choose or change their company benefits and then request a fax confirmation of the transaction. TALX has developed an interface from TeleFlex to the CSS Benefits Administration module, customized to accept and process the data coming through TeleFlex. The interface will support CSS on all supported database server platforms. Other TALX applications include (401)k inquiry and transactions and time reporting.
