ADP ACQUIRES TURBODATA, N.V.

ROSELAND, NJ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 1995--Automatic Data Processing, Inc. has acquired TurboData, N.V., Josh S. Weston, chairman and chief executive officer, announced today. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TurboData, headquartered near Brussels, is a leading European auto dealer computing service company, with annual revenue of $25 million and approximately 3,000 clients in Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Commenting on the acquisition, Mr. Weston said, TurboData is an important extension of our European presence and also strengthens our auto manufacturer relationships. This is an important step in executing our Dealer Services expansion strategy in Europe.

ADP, with over $2.4 billion in revenue and more than 300,000 clients, is one of the largest independent computing services firms in the United States. -0-
