Further, ADMI has been asked to provide testing to identify asthma triggers in asthmatic children in the schools. Over 200,000 children attend the schools and it is estimated that as many as 20% suffer from upper respiratory allergy allergy, hypersensitive reaction of the body tissues of certain individuals to certain substances that, in similar amounts and circumstances, are innocuous to other persons. Allergens, or allergy-causing substances, can be airborne substances (e.g.  related problems. ADMI has been encouraged to expand this service into the after school programs and through the day care centers as well as shelters for women and children.

ADMI is pleased to participate in this school program and to develop and manage a plan Health and Education Services for the Charter Schools in the Philadelphia Area.
