ADM Tronics Signs Exclusive Agreement to Enter Home Rental Market for Chronic Pain Patients.

NORTHVALE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. (OTC:ADMT), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement with GSM, Inc., to market ADM Tronics' SofPulse, a therapeutic, non-invasive electronic medical device, to physicians treating patients with acute and/or chronic pain.

GSM is a national medical distributor engaged in the business of providing, renting and selling equipment to physicians and direct to patients in their home.

The agreement gives ADM Tronics an established marketing channel for the SofPulse into a new segment of the physician marketplace. As previously announced, ADM Tronics has already begun distribution of the SofPulse to the plastic surgery market through agreements with Mediq/PRN and Byron Medical. The agreement with GSM broadens the marketing efforts for the SofPulse into the pain management segment of the physician marketplace.

Under the agreement, GSM distributes the SofPulse device for home rental by patients that have received a prescription for its use from their physician.
