ADM Tronics Launches Investor Relations Program Following IPO of Ivivi Subsidiary: Retains PMH Group as Investor Relations Counsel.

NORTHVALE, N.J. -- ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. (OTCBB: ADMT), a technology-based developer and manufacturer of unique environmentally safe, health and life enhancing technologies and products, today announced that, following the initial public offering of its Ivivi Technologies subsidiary, it has retained The PMH Group, a veteran New York-based investor relations firm, to support ADMT in the areas of investor and financial relations and launch a proactive investor relations program.

On October 19th, ADM Tronics' subsidiary, Ivivi Technologies, Inc., completed an initial public offering managed by Maxim Group LLC and Brean Murray, Carret & Co. Ivivi is a medical technology company focused specifically on pulsed electromagnetic field, or PEMF, technology, which, by creating a therapeutic electrical current in injured soft tissue, stimulates biochemical and physiological processes to help repair the injured tissue and reduce related pain and inflammation. Ivivi's Electroceuticals[TM] have been used in non-invasive treatments for a wide array of pathological conditions, including pain and edema following plastic and reconstructive surgery, chronic wounds and chronic inflammatory disorders.

Following Ivivi's initial public offering, ADMT

* now owns approximately 34% of Ivivi's outstanding common stock,

* eliminated all outstanding debt and warrants related to its previous financings, and

* received $2.6 million in cash as repayment of amounts owing from Ivivi to ADMT.

III. Innovative topical dermatological products, especially skin sensitive personal grooming products for men and women, as well as a full line of safe, non-toxic professional makeup products frequently used for special effects applications in television, film and theater.
