ADIC Earns ISO 9001 Certification; Automated Tape Storage Libraries Manufacturer Certified by International Registrar.


REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 1996--ADIC, the leading manufacturer of drive-independent automated tape storage libraries for networked systems, has received formal ISO (1) See ISO speed.

ISO 9001 is an encompassing form of ISO 9000, a common set of recognized international standards and requirements that define quality principles and practices in all elements of a certified company's operations. This certification is recognized throughout the European Union, European Free Trade Association European Free Trade Association (EFTA), customs union and trading bloc; its current members are Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
