 subsidiary of Taiwan-based ADI Corporation, today announced the appointment of Alan Chai as president of the company.

Chai replaces Steven Liu as president, who will assume the position of vice-chairman and chief executive office for the company. Chai has been an integral part of ADI's management team for more than 13 years and has advanced through a wide range of senior management positions.

ADI is well poised to continue its leadership position in the monitor industry with Chai at the helm. Most recedited with leading the company to become the seler whereby his primary responsibilities will include overseeing finance, human resources The fancy word for "people."
