ADGI signs agreement with Hampton/Roberts International.

CORAL GABLES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 1995--Jerrold R. Hinton, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of American Diversified Group Inc. (NASDAQ Bulletin Board: ADGI) announced that ADGI has entered into an agreement with Hampton/Roberts International Inc., for the registration and exclusive representation and distribution of their blood derivative products, pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals in Ecuador, Peru, Columbia, Bolivia, Argentina and Venezuela.

Hampton/Roberts International has offices and staff in these countries.

The annual usage of Human Serum Albumin alone in these countries is approximately two million vials per year or nearly $100 million.
