ADGI Subsidiary Announces Update on Mexico Network.

Business Editors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2001

Global Transmedia Communications Corporation, a subsidiary of American Diversified Group, Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB

See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
:ADGI), today announced that its Mexico network has been turned up and that expansion of the network will begin immediately.

Global Transmedia commenced passing traffic during the week of February 5. The network is being activated in a segmented fashion providing control on quality and termination. The traffic currently being transported includes a significant amount of minutes from U.S. Tier I companies and Global Transmedia expects to exceed ten (10) million minutes for the first 30 days, targeting 30 million minutes per month during the second quarter. The network is contracted to carry up to 30 million minutes and will be expanded to carry over 60 million minutes before the end of the year.

Global Transmedia also announced that as a result of the delayed deployment of the Mexico network, the fourth quarter 2000 operations did not reflect the substantial increase in revenue that it expected from Mexico operations. The company substantially operated at the same level as the previous quarters and the actual results of the operations will be announced after the auditors have concluded their reviews.
