 this past week between the Boards of Directors and management of American Diversified Group (&uot;ADGI&uot;) and Global Transmedia Communications Corporation (&uot;Global&uot;).

There were many agenda items and all were addressed and discussed. The Global Year 2000 business plan was presented, reviewed and approved jointly concerning all aspects of the continued growth and development of the telecommunications arm of ADGI. Global will not only be expanding its network vigorously to new countries but has added new profit centers for working with VoIP equipment manufacturers developing new product applications, for deploying and licensing new telecom valued added products and for its network management group. It was released in March of 2002, following its public multiplayer beta version which contained only the Quebec map.  for Mexico where Global has also established operations in Monterrey. ADGI and Global have also been working with a number financing sources to provide the funding for Global. Global has been successful in the past with its private investment group and ADGI has added its group of investment bankers. Both companies were working together with their respective financing groups to take advantage of the best possible capital sources for the companies.
