Weighted average number of shares outstanding for the quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 1994, were 7,035,000 and 5,578,000 respectively and 4,578,000 for both periods in 1993. Earnings per share for 1994 reflect the effect of the company's Sept. 27, 1994, initial public offering of 1.7 million shares of its common stock on the weighted average number of shares outstanding.
