ADFlex Solutions Inc. elects Wade Meyercord to board of directors.


CHANDLER, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 1996--ADFlex Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ/NM:AFLX) Thursday announced that Wade Meyercord, an executive with more than 25 years of high technology operations experience, has been elected to the company's board of directors.

He will replace on the board ADFlex Executive Vice President Michael L. Pierce, who has accepted an executive management position with another Arizona company unrelated to the flexible interconnect (1) To attach one device to another.

Meyercord has held executive positions with a number of respected corporations over the course of his career, including 16 years with International Business Machines Corp. Before that, he was president of Memorex Corp.'s Storage Equipment Manufacturing and Development Group, and also served as vice president and general manager of Memorex's Rigid Media Division. While with Memorex, he additionally served as chairman of the company's Corporate Quality Council and ultimately received the Burroughs Excellence in Management Award.
