ADFlex Solutions Inc. commences public offering of common stock.


CHANDLER, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 1995--ADFlex Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:AFLX) Wednesday announced that it has commenced a public offering of 2.1 million shares of common stock at a price of $25.50 per share.

Of the shares being offered, 237,500 shares are being sold by the company, and 1,862,500 shares are being sold by selling shareholders. Underwriters Robertson, Stephens & Co., L.P. and PaineWebber Inc. have an option to purchase an additional 315,000 shares from selling stockholders to cover over-allotments.

Company proceeds, net of expenses, of approximately $5,478,500 will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company will not receive any of the proceeds from shares sold by selling stockholders. Following completion of the offering, ADFlex will have 6,869,050 common shares outstanding.
