), a Master Stocking Distributor for Scientific-Atlanta and Motorola broadband and transmission products, today announced its financial results for its third fiscal quarter that ended June 30, 2005.

For the third quarter of 2005, the Company reported net sales Net Sales

This amount is calculated by subtracting the following items from gross sales: merchandise returned for credit, allowances for damaged or missing goods, freight
 of $12.1 million compared to $12.7 million for the same period in fiscal 2004. Net income attributable to common stock for the third quarter was $1.2 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, compared to $1.4 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, for the same period in fiscal 2004.

Net revenues for the first three quarters of fiscal 2005 totaled $34.2 million compared to $35.6 million for the same period in fiscal 2004. Net income attributable to common stock for the first three quarters of fiscal 2005 was $3.4 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, compared to $3.7 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, for the same period in fiscal 2004.
