ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. (ATG) (OTCBB:ADDM) announced the company is moving forward with their efforts to expand its regional sales and customer service presence with key additions to its growing national sales organization.

"We are expanding our sales staffing in concert with the increased responsibilities ATG is assuming for our major OEM suppliers," states Ken Chymiak. "With the recent significant additions to our product and service offerings, most notably with Scientific-Atlanta, the need to provide a stronger local sales presence on a national basis has become critical to our long term business plans."

George McIlvain has been appointed ATG's Sales and Business Development Manager for Tulsat-Atlanta. McIlvain will be responsible for business development in the southeast U.S. and with the business relationship ATG has with Scientific-Atlanta. McIlvain is a Scientific-Atlanta veteran, with extensive background in distribution channel sales, marketing management and customer service. He will be involved in overall corporate strategy and direction for the company. Bruce Prescott is another recent ATG addition with extensive broadband sales and service experience who will be supporting efforts in the southeast as a sales associate. Both are based in the new Tulsat-Atlanta sales and service center.

Sheila Henry has joined ATG as a regional account manager for the Midwest region. Sheila is a veteran CATV industry sales professional with extensive broadband product and systems integration background. Her experience includes l5 years in sales with Scientific-Atlanta. "Sheila's strong ties with customers in the region are going to be a great asset for ATG. Her knowledge base of products and reputation for excellent customer support in the region will greatly assist us in connecting with customers," commented Ken Chymiak.
