) today reported its operating results for the first quarter of 1999. Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 1999 were $6,760 compared to revenues of $2,948,616 for the same period last year. Net loss applicable to Common Stock for the current quarter was $446,996 or $0.30 per share as compared to a net income of $810,609 or $0.55 per share for the last year's first quarter.

     to reflect the one for four reverse split of the Company's Common
     which was effective October 8, 1998.

     ADDvantage Media Group, Inc. is a marketing company with a
primary focus on in-store point-of-sale consumer advertising. The
Company has a unique, proprietary product, the Shoppers Calculator(TM)
a solar-powered calculator with an advertising display area, that
