NetBooth Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnegie Cooke and Company (CGKY.PK) announces today that it has formed a Strategic Alliance with Kiron Interactive to develop Virtual Horse Racing Kiosks combining the products of Kiosk Software (www.kiosksoftware.com) and Vbet, a complete totalisation system that enables users to wager on Virtual Horse races that are rendered on demand.

VBet would be played independently on multiple terminals with a unique race being generated for each punter. This system is currently configured to work in a networked environment where races are generated centrally either on location or remotely. Each terminal would be connected to the network and run a thin client application (game client) that displays race cards, the race viewer and race results. Race details are stored centrally and jackpots can be managed across all terminals on a WAN (multiple locations).
