    The company paid regular quarterly cash dividends of $.03 per
share from October 1992 to July 1993, 4 cents per share from October
1993 to July 1994 and 5 cents per share from October of 1994 to
April 1995.  In addition, the company paid a special one-time
dividend of 10 cents per share in January 1995.
    Mylan's 50% share of the net sales of Somerset for the three
months ended March 31, 1995 and 1994 was $12,636,000 and $11,931,000
respectively and for the year then ended was $62,988,000 and
$55,985,000 respectively.  Somerset's contribution to our net
earnings per share for the three month and one year periods was 6
cents and 28 cents in 1995 and 6 cents and 27 cents in 1994.
