This agreement expands an existing relationship between the two companies announced earlier this year when ADC signed a multi-million dollar, multi-year contract for TMNG consulting services. OSSs today encompass all the back-office systems required to run a telecommunications company, including; provisioning, billing, customer relations, fraud management and much more. Building an effective OSS architecture is a complex process and new competitive carriers typically rely on the expertise of companies such as TMNG to recommend appropriate solutions for this critical task.
