The contract extension was announced in a ceremony today by Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura as part of his business development mission to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

In announcing the contract extension, Governor Ventura stated, "The state of Minnesota continues to produce a number of leading edge technology innovations such as ADC's Axity system for broadband wireless communications. The use of this technology has tremendous benefits for Saskatchewan since it will allow for the cost-effective delivery of high-speed Internet See broadband.  services to the people of this province. This agreement represents the type of innovative and collaborative business partnerships that can be developed between Minnesota companies and those in Saskatchewan."
