ADC To Remain In The NASDAQ-100 Index.

The first electronic stock market listing over 5000 companies. The Nasdaq stock market comprises two separate markets, namely the Nasdaq National Market, which trades large, active securities and the Nasdaq Smallcap Market that trades emerging growth companies.

Following discussions with representatives of The NASDAQ Stock Market in November 2002, ADC announced on November 22 that it believed it was likely to be removed from this Index, however, the final determination would be made by NASDAQ and announced on December 13 based upon calculations performed in accordance with the NASDAQ-100 Index rules.
