         provider to monitor and manage a variety of network services.
         With the Metrica line of performance assurance and service
         level agreement software, ADC allows the provider to
         proactively monitor network performance and isolate potential
         trouble areas before they become critical. ADC's Metrica
         products will be on display. ADC also will announce updates
         to its approved acquisition of Saville Systems, a world
         leader in billing and customer care software for converged,
         broadband networks.

--   Broadband Connectivity
         The worldwide rush to build out networks is on. ADC is
         keeping pace with the broadest portfolio of network
         components, systems and monitoring devices for copper, fiber,
