ADC Reports ``Strong Marketplace'' in Existence for Company Products.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1999--

Anonymous Data Corp. Friday reported the results of company representatives' attendance at two national conferences.

The purpose of the attendance by the company at the American Public Health Association meeting in Chicago and at the National Conference on Correctional Health Care meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was to assess the marketplace for the company's proprietary product, ADCNET(TM), within these areas.

The Chicago meeting was attended by 13,000 public-health officials and related personnel. Anonymous Data conducted a survey of attendees to determine the level of interest and feasibility of biometric database technology in the public-health arena.

Company officials indicated that the use of ADCNET(TM) for public health records such as vaccination records for children and infectious-disease testing records such as HIV was overwhelmingly endorsed by those attendees surveyed.

Anonymous Data President Dr. James E. Beecham spoke at the meeting regarding the increased efficiency and increased accuracy of data management using biometrics. Several customers indicated an immediate need for the ADCNET(TM) specifications in order to apply for funding in the current fiscal year.

In Fort Lauderdale, the ADCNET(TM) system was debuted by company officials for the expanding U.S. correctional-facility marketplace. A survey of attendees indicated that ADCNET(TM) features of biometrics identification solve several important problems currently faced by administrators of jails, prisons and other correctional facilities.

Specifically, the ability to track an individual accurately despite an attempt to use an alias or otherwise obscure the identity was viewed by attendees as an important technological advantage, especially with reference to health records.

A statewide system of biometric stations utilizing ADCNET(TM) equipment and software was discussed with officials from one of the department-of-corrections agencies in attendance.

Beecham expressed satisfaction that the marketplace for biometric linked databases appears to be strong. Anonymous Data's business plan includes pursuing applications in these marketplaces especially under patent protection through current patent licenses held by the company.
