ADC Names Lois M. Martin to Board of Directors; New Board Addition Adds Leadership, Financial Expertise and Diversity.

Martin is executive vice president and chief financial officer of World Data Products, Inc. World Data Products is an industry-leading provider of server, storage, network, and telecom solutions worldwide.

Prior to joining World Data Products, Martin served Deluxe Corporation for seven years. During this time, she held several key positions, including senior vice president and chief financial officer, vice president and corporate controller, vice president and controller of Deluxe Financial Services Group, vice president and controller of Paper Payment Systems Division, director of accounting services, and director of internal audit.

In addition to her career at Deluxe Corporation and World Data Products, Martin served four years with Carlson Companies, a privately held group of companies. As international controller at Carlson, she traveled extensively, handling diverse accounting, control and business issues for the company's entities in Japan, Australia, New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia. The capital is Wellington; the largest city and leading port is Auckland. , Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Martin began her career at Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol ), a Big Four public accounting firm in Minneapolis. While there, she earned her CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  designation.

Martin has served on the board of directors of eFunds Corporation and of Ensodex Corporation. She also acted as secretary / treasurer for both the Deluxe Corporation Foundation and the W.R. Hotchkiss Foundation between 1996 and 2001. In addition, she was Deluxe's national United Way chairperson in 1999. She sat on the board of PATH (Professional Association of Treatment Homes).
