ADC Kentrox to acquire Skyline Technology Inc.


LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1996--ADC Kentrox announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Skyline Technology Inc., a private, California-based company that designs and manufactures ISDN/Frame Relay access products with routing capabilities.

Details of the acquisition were not made available at this time. After completion of the acquisition, Skyline Technology will operate as a division of ADC (1) See A/D converter.
