ADC Announces Expanded OEM Agreement with Sonda.

Reseller to Offer ADC's NewNet Enhanced Services Products

and Solutions Throughout Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies.

(www.sonda.com) to distribute ADC's NewNet SMserver(TM) technology - and other leading messaging and infrastructure applications - to regional wireless network operators in Latin America. Under the agreement, Sonda will resell key elements of ADC's NewNet product line, including AccessMANAGER(TM), OTAserver(TM), SGLite(TM), CALEAserver(TM) and iCXserver(TM).

ADC's NewNet SMserver software provides digital wireless operators the ability to generate additional revenue and potentially increase airtime usage by adding short message service (SMS (1) (Storage Management System) Software used to routinely back up and archive files. See HSM.

The NewNet SMserver software manages transmission of text messages to mobile handsets, providing subscribers with voicemail notification, digital pages and custom short text messages.
