Both new modems, along with all of ADC's advanced broadband solutions will be in booth No. 1338 at ComNet 2001 in Washington, DC, January 30 - February 1.

Megabit Modems 410F and 420F are point-to-point ADSL modems that provide advanced bridging and routing capabilities for LAN interconnectivity applications. The modem pair is ideal for enterprise network managers looking to extend complete LAN functionality to remote locations using high-speed DSL technology and their existing copper infrastructure.

Using ADC's new Megabit Modems, a standard copper line is capable of achieving speeds of up to 7.552 Mbps downstream and 928 kbps upstream over distances reaching beyond a mile. This helps enable enterprises to easily and more cost-effectively share rich corporate content with more employees.

Megabit Modems 410F and 420F automatically route all IP data and bridge all other network traffic. The modem pair includes advanced protocol support -- DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol) -- that simplifies installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance. AccessGain(TM), ADC's web-based monitoring and management interface, provides point and click access to advanced functionality via a remote connection.
