The audit, conducted in ADC's Westborough, Mass. facility, reviewed the business unit's quality management system -- a system that incorporates all of the steps in the product development process for ADC's carrier-class Cuda(TM) 12000 Next-Generation Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS), from the evaluation of customer requirements through product delivery and support.
