Under terms of the accord, ADAPT has developed an interface that enables users of the IndustriOS solution to integrate and utilize ADAPT's comprehensive CRM package. ADAPT CRM is an enterprise-class system that allows a business to manage vendor, customer and prospect relationships. The seamless link extends the capabilities of the IndustriOS solution further along the supply chain.

ADAPT gives IndustriOS users control of all aspects of the customer management cycle in a single database, including marketing, sales, service and collections. ADAPT is characterized by real-time "front" to "back" office integration, open architecture that is 100% customizable, platform and database independence, and reduced cost with minimal implementation and training in relation to comparable CRM systems.

The ADAPT interface for IndustriOS is now available and provides the following features:
-- Full database synchronization -- information changes in ADAPT automatically
update in real-time the appropriate files in IndustriOS.

-- The ability to manage and view every aspect of customer relationship from a
single screen that contains the complete customer record.

-- The ability to launch IndustriOS order entry screen for a specific customer
directly from the same customer record in ADAPT.

-- The ability to review the status of inventory and production information at
the account level.

-- The ability to review and create key transactions, such as quotes and sales
orders without leaving the CRM database.

-- The automatic copying of all IndustriOS customer and vendor records into
