ADAPT Says New ADAPTcrm Innovations Will ``Leapfrog the Market''.

2003 Breakthroughs

According to Dunn, 2003 will see ADAPT continue to add innovative functionality to the ADAPTcrm solution, greatly enhancing utility and flexibility. ADAPT will shortly introduce a complete, rapid application development environment that enables resellers, consultants and customers to add new features, design screens and new tables to ADAPTcrm -- all without writing one line of programming code.

The company also plans to extend CRM capabilities beyond the norm with advanced CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) Combining data with voice systems in order to enhance telephone services. For example, automatic number identification (ANI) allows a caller's records to be retrieved from the database while the call is routed to the appropriate party.  integration. "We are blending ADAPTcrm front office functions and back office accounting/ERP database integration with voice/telephony systems and the Web," he said, indicating that the launch will take place in the next several months.
