ADAMS Opens Dallas, Texas Office; Jeff Christmann, DBIA, AIA, AGC Joins ADAMS as Executive Director - Program Management.

ATLANTA -- ADAMS Management Services Corporation (ADAMS), the leading provider of program management and consulting services for the healthcare industry, today announced the opening of a Dallas, Texas office location and the addition of Jeff Christmann to the ADAMS staff. Mr. Christmann has over fifteen years experience in corporate and healthcare facility project management, construction and operations. Prior to joining ADAMS, he was Vice President of Business Development for Healthcare at McCarthy in Dallas and previously, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at GE Johnson Construction Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Also on the Board of Directors for GE Johnson, Mr. Christmann was instrumental in developing their healthcare niche to one of the top Healthcare Builders in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Highlights from his career include his tenure at GE Johnson, where Mr. Christmann rose through the ranks holding the following positions, respectively: Estimator, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Project Executive/Healthcare Division Manager and finally, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.

In his role at ADAMS, Mr. Christmann carries responsibility for management of the Dallas, Texas office and executive oversight of the Denver, Colorado office, which serves the Rocky Mountain Region. He is responsible for developing the overall markets for services, including cultivating business leads, winning engagements and maintaining client relationships, serving clients in the delivery of program management services. His duties include assessing and developing new markets, analyzing opportunities and developing and setting long-term and short-term business strategies.

Mr. Christmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University where he was also awarded Distinguished Graduate of the Last Decade in 2002. He is a member of the American Council for Construction Education Accreditation Visiting Team, the Colorado State University Advisory Board and the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
