ADAC Pinnacle(3) System achieves FDA 510(k) clearance for radiation therapy planning.

MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 18, 1994--ADAC Laboratories (NASDAQ: ADAC), a leading producer of medical imaging and healthcare information products, Friday announced FDA 510 (k) clearance for its new Pinnacle Radiation Therapy Planning computer system.

For use in stereotactic radiosurgery, these systems assist physicians in improving outcomes from pre-planning of high energy radiation for treatment of cancer and other disease processes.
