ADAC Laboratories to Invest $10 Million in Information Technology Systems.

ADAC Laboratories (Nasdaq: ADACE) today announced that it has launched a two-year program to implement a new information technology systems strategy. The plan, which calls for investments totaling some $10 million, involves ADAC's customer and sales information systems technology, as well as financial, manufacturing, planning, inventory, distribution, workflow and human resources information systems. The company's private, voice, video, and data networks will also be expanded to assist communications between ADAC's Milpitas California headquarters and sites in Houston, Texas and other field locations throughout the World.

ADAC also announced that its has an agreement with Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL), the world's leading supplier of Web-based front office software systems, and eLoyalty(TM), a premier consulting firm focused on loyalty and customer relationship management solutions, to implement ADAC's new customer information systems technology.
