ADAC Laboratories Names Four to Key Management Positions.

ADAC Laboratories (Nasdaq:ADAC) today announced the appointments of four executives to key management positions. James R. Haisler was named Chief Operating Officer and Kevin Flynn was named Vice President of Sales for ADAC's HealthCare Information Systems (HCIS) division. Debra A. Young was named as Vice President and Corporate Controller for ADAC Laboratories and Gary Leach was named as Vice President of Finance for ADAC's Medical Systems division.

James R. Haisler was appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer for HCIS. Mr. Haisler brings to ADAC Laboratories over 20 years of senior healthcare management experience with a record of accomplishments managing domestic and worldwide business operations. He has a proven track record of executive leadership experience in both product and service segments of the radiology industry. Most recently, Mr. Haisler was President of the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Phymatrix Corporation. Before that, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dornier Medical Systems. Kevin Flynn joins ADAC HCIS as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Flynn is a seasoned sales management professional with expertise in strategic planning, sales solutions and new program development, with over 17 years of radiology industry experience. Prior to joining ADAC HCIS, he was Vice President of Sales for DOME Imaging Systems, Inc. where he directed worldwide sales efforts. Before this assignment, he was National Sales Manager for the Clinical Networking Division of Siemens Medical Systems, Inc. where he had responsibility for leading the development of their U.S. PACS business. "I am confident that with the addition of Kevin leading our sales effort for HCIS that we will be a force to contend with in the medical information technology marketplace," said Jay Deady.

Debra A. Young has been appointed Vice President and Corporate Controller for ADAC Laboratories. Ms. Young brings over 15 years of accounting experience to ADAC Laboratories. Most recently, she served as Corporate Controller for Somnus Medical Technologies, Inc. Before this, she was Director of Corporate Finance for Silicon Valley Group, Inc. and previously held positions with Applied Materials and Ernst and Young. "We are very pleased that Debra has joined our team as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Her experience will assist us in rapidly improving our accounting controls and processes," said Neil Laird, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ADAC Laboratories.

Gary Leach has joined ADAC Laboratories as Vice President of Finance for its Medical Systems division. Mr. Leach has over 20 years of financial, operational and project management experience. Prior to joining ADAC Laboratories, he was Vice President, Finance and Operations for JDR Microdevices, Inc. Previously, Mr. Leach held key financial management roles at O.N.E. Color Communications and Measurex Corporation. "Gary's experience in finance and project management is critical for the implementation of our growth and profitability strategies in the Medical Systems division," said Neil Laird.
