This award shall be presented to an active, life or life retired member of the American Dental Assistants Association with the longest record of consecutive employment with one employer. b. Consecutive employment shall refer to a member actually employed a minimum of 20 hours per week. c. The recipient must have maintained a minimum of five (5) consecutive year's membership immediately preceding this award. d. Shall not have been a previous recipient of this award. e. Shall be present at the Annual Conference to receive the award. Procedure a. Applicant Applicant is a sketch written by Harold Pinter. ADAA STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AWARD Qualifications a. Shall be a student member of the American Dental Assistants Association enrolled in a dental assisting program. b.
