) today announced that it has been awarded a contract, along with ALSTOM Power, Inc., to supply a mercury emission control The selective and controlled use of electromagnetic, acoustic, or other emitters to optimize command and control capabilities while minimizing, for operations security: a. detection by enemy sensors; b. mutual interference among friendly systems; and/or c.  system for a new power plant being built in Arkansas. LS Power is building a new plant that will produce 680 gross megawatts of power and burn sub-bituminous coal from the Powder River Basin The Powder River Basin is a region in southeast Montana and northeast Wyoming about 120 miles east to west and 200 miles north to south known for its coal deposits. It is both a topographic drainage and geologic structural basin.  area of Wyoming. The mercury emission control system will utilize powdered activated carbon to remove mercury from the flue gas of the power plant. ADA-ES anticipates delivery of the system during the fourth quarter of 2007.
