ACTV Opens Los Angeles Office In TCI's National Digital Television Center-LA; Joins Liberty Interactive as Inaugural Tenants at Premier Digital Content Creation Facility.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 1999--ACTV, Inc. (Nasdaq:IATV), a leading developer of multimedia programming content for digital television and the Internet, today announced that it has officially opened its new Los Angeles office within Tele-Communications, Inc.'s (TCI) National Digital Television Center-LA. ACTV joins Liberty Interactive as tenants in one of the nation's leading digital content creation facilities.

The NDTC-LA is a 125,000 square foot facility built to serve the needs of the Hollywood and LA production community. The largest production facility on LA's West Side, the multi-faceted NDTC offers production, post production, digital compression and network origination services.
