Mr. Rudnick was previously Vice President for Content Acquisition and Development at AT&T Broadband. Mr. Martin is the former Executive Vice President and Head of Business Operations Business operations are those activities involved in the running of a business for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders. Rudnick, Martin, and Daniel Turak, who joined ACTV earlier this summer as Vice President of Sales, will be located in ACTV's new Denver, Colorado office. Dave Rudnick

Dave Rudnick joins ACTV with extensive senior management experience in the digital TV and broadband services See broadband and broadband service provider.  sector. Prior to joining ACTV, Mr. Rudnick ran his own consulting services business in the broadband service sector with clients including Liberty Media, Liberty Digital and Intellocity.

Mr. Rudnick was previously Vice President for Content Acquisition and Development at AT&T Broadband and Internet, where he was responsible for developing and managing interactive content for the next generation cable boxes to be deployed by AT&T and other cable operators. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Service Development for Tele-Communications, Inc.'s (TCI (Trustworthy Computing Initiative) An umbrella term from Microsoft for its efforts to improve security in Windows. Jim Martin has spent more than a decade in the cable industry helping to establish some of the industry's most successful networks. He has broad knowledge of all aspects of network operations and development, as well as extensive experience in acquisitions and investments.

From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Martin served as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Operations for Fox Sports Networks, where he was instrumental in the development and consolidation of the regional sports network In the United States of America, a Regional Sports Network, or RSN, is a cable television station that presents sports programming to a local market. The most important programming on an RSN consists of live broadcasts of professional and college sporting events, as those games  business and development of Fox's national cable networks.
