Robert Thomas of Longbank Road, Ormesby allowed his dog to foul the grassed area, next to children''s play area Flatts Lane Woodland Country Park at Normanby then refused to pay the pounds 50 fixed penalty notice. He was fined pounds 175 and ordered to pay pounds 100 costs. And David Pearson, of Boxer Court, South Bank, allowed his dog to foul the pavement in Victoria Street, South Bank and refused to pay the pounds 50 fine.
