Richmond has been an ACTE member since 1998. * Steve Wash teaches industrial technology and pre-engineering at Batesburg-Leesville High School in Batesburg-Leesville, S.C. He also is the school's director for career and technical education and has been an ACTE member since 1989. Wash plans to use his $25,000 to finance his and his children's education. * Robert Youngblood teaches agriscience at Oakman High School in Oakman, Ala.
