ACT Medical Inc. and MedSource Technologies Inc. Enter Into an Agreement to Merge.

ACT Medical, Inc. and MedSource Technologies, Inc. announced today that they have entered into an agreement to merge, creating the largest global integrated medical device design and manufacturing services company.
