Mitchell H. Whaley, Ph.D., of Ball State University released results detailing exercise mode comparisons of acute energy expenditure during moderate intensity exercise in obese adults.

The results suggest that weight-bearing arm/leg exercise optimizes energy expenditure during self-selected exercise of moderate intensity in obese subjects. The findings concluded that energy expenditure among obese subjects was higher on the Reebok Ree´bok`
