ACS e-Recording Solution Achieves Milestone State Certification.

: ACS (Asynchronous Communications Server) See network access server. ) today announced that its innovative time- and money-saving electronic document recording system developed for a consortium of California counties is the first of its kind to be state-certified for use.

. For counties, the system saves money, time and paper; both counties and user groups will benefit from more accurate and timely processing, and increased efficiency and flexibility.

ACS developed this system for the California Electronic Recording Transaction Network Authority (CeRTNA), a public sector organization of counties sharing expertise and resources in the design, development, implementation and operation of an ERDS that supports statewide standards for the e-recording and return of documents.

Two counties, Fresno and Kern Kern, river, 155 mi (249 km) long, rising in the S Sierra Nevada Mts., E Calif., and flowing south, then southwest to a reservoir in the extreme southern part of the San Joaquin valley. The river has Isabella Dam as its chief facility. , will be the first to use the ERDS system on a day-to-day basis with other counties expected to follow soon. For those counties who adopt the system, its open architecture will allow for a seamless and efficient transition.
