ORLANDO, Fla. -- Starting Monday, June 21, merchants in 34 states will be able to load the ACS debit cards, including its flagship retail product, the Ultima Card(TM) Twin Access Debit Card Pack(TM). Merchants that are enrolled in the www.payallmybillshere.com service can both load the ACS products and use the ACS debit cards to pay a wide variety of utilities, services and merchant payments. "The ability for cardholders to pay their utility and essential services using their ACS debit cards is a major step forward in empowering the unbanked consumer with basic financial services," according to Walter H. In addition, ACS has entered into a joint marketing agreement with EmpaSys(TM) Inc., the provider of this service, to market each other's products to participating merchants.
