ACS has been providing IT outsourcing services for JM since August of 2001. These services will continue under the terms of the renewed contract and include transport expense management (TEM), which provides invoice processing, payments, and payment reconciliation; invoice validation; contract compliance; inventory validation services; and vendor management.
