No matter how you spell it, the word millennium - one l, two n's; two l's, one n, etc. - is nearly gone. Even the plural PLURAL. A term used in grammar, which signifies more than one. 2. Sometimes, however, it may be so expressed that it means only one, as, if a man were to devise to another all he was worth, if he, the testator, died without children, and he died leaving one , ``millennia,'' is a hot commodity. Multinational companies and rookie entrepreneurs alike have applied for legal possession of phrases such as ``Year 2000,'' ``Class of 2000'' and ``Y2K See Y2K problem and Y2K compliant. Y2K - Year 2000 .'' More than 1,500 businesses own, in one form or another, the number ``2000.'' Among the more creative trademarks: Miller Brewing Co.: ``Official Sponsor of the Millerennium.'' M&M's candies: ``Official Things of the Millennium.'' Playboy magazine: ``The Magazine of the Millennium.''
