 rose 296% to $2,927,982 compared to $739,406 for the same period of the prior year. For the year ended December 31, 1995, net sales rose 77% to $10,332,718 compared to $5,855,899 for fiscal 1994. The Company's market focussed selling strategy, put into place by the Company's new management team stemming from the October 1994 acquisition, is the primary reason for this continued dramatic rise in sales. Included in 1995 revenues are sales of high power transmitters which increased 146% from approximately $1.5 million in fiscal 1994 to approximately $3.7 million for the year ended December 31, 1995.

Net income for the three months ended December 31, 1995 was $222,052, or $0.09 per share, compared to a net loss of $932,544 for the same period of the prior year. For the year ended December 31, 1995, net income was $9,667, or nil per share, as compared to a net loss of $685,915 for the previous year. No comparable per share numbers for 1994 are available since the predecessor Company had no operations prior to the acquisition of Acrodyne Industries, Inc. by Acrodyne Communications, Inc. (formerly known as Acrodyne Holdings, Inc.) pursuant to a stock acquisition agreement on October 24, 1994. A.
