 congratulates Howard Howard, English noble family. Landowners in Norfolk from the 13th cent., the Howards obtained the duchy of Norfolk through the marriage of Sir Robert Howard to Margaret Mowbray, daughter of Thomas Mowbray, 1st duke of Norfolk.  Horwitz Horwitz is a surname, and may refer to:

, ACPE's former director of education development, in his new role as vice president for education at the American College of Healthcare Executives The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) is an international professional association of healthcare executives (high-level hospital administrators, CEOs, COOs, health system officers, etc.) Its central offices are located at 1 N. . Roger Schenke, ACPE's executive vice president recently commented on Horwitz's departure. "For the past 16 years, Howard has been a vital person in the development of ACPE's educational programs. No one has worked harder or longer in trying to bring the highest quality education to our members. We will all miss him deeply but celebrate the times we had together. We wish him the very best in his new adventure." Educational programming for the College is now led by Susan Quinn (squinn@acpe.org) and Bill Steiger (bsteiger@acpe.org.) with Heather Baldwin (hbaldwin@acpe.org) coordinating partnerships.
