ACP Announces Annual Best Practices in Emergency Management, and Continuity of Operations Planning/COOP Symposia April 5, 2005.


ARLINGTON, Va. -- Gaston Boisson, President of the DC Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners, today announced that the annual symposia sym·po·si·a

A plural of symposium.
 will be held April 5 at the Ronald Reagan building Coordinates:  The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center  in Washington DC. This years symposia is an open event featuring special sessions on emergency management and planning for both government and business professionals responsible for helping their organizations prepare for and recover from unplanned disasters. The symposia will appeal to continuity professionals, emergency managers, risk managers, facilities managers and others engaged in the protection of their workplaces. The Mid Atlantic Mid Atlantic can mean:
  • The middle of the Atlantic Ocean
  • The Mid-Atlantic Ridge
  • The Mid-Atlantic States
