ACOM Solutions, Inc. has begun shipment of EZPay Manager, a flexible, scalable corporate payment management solution that runs in the Microsoft Windows environment and accommodates companies' need for both hard copy (MICR laser checks) and electronic payments and remittance advice (ACH/F-EDI), it was announced today by Gregory T. EZPay Manager is available immediately, with prices starting at $6,995 for a basic, single workstation installation, which includes the SQL database, laser check module, Crystal Reports module, batch processing and sorting. Among the available options are ACH module, Positive Pay, Manual checks, F-EDI and Electronic Remittance.

EZPay Manager supersedes the company's historic QuickCheck solution, one of the first MICR-laser payment processing solutions to be introduced, and Enterprise Payment Manager, which was an advanced, CLIENT-SERVER version of QuickCheck. The company will continue to support both systems for the foreseeable future, Church said.

EZPay Manager is a new system that has been designed to scale vertically from a single workstation application to a multi-user, multi-site system that can be deployed network-wide but which still retains full system security. Modular, as are the earlier solutions, it is available as a basic solution or as an ACOM Total Solution, which includes the software, Xerox DocuPrint N Series MICR-Enhanced Laser Printer Solutions from ACOM, blank safety check stock, MICR laser toner engineered for the specific model of printer to be used, related consumable and maintenance contracts.
